The Shared Micromobility Pilot is part of Vaughan’s ongoing commitment to offering a more connected, accessible and sustainable transportation network. The pilot is a two-year program where residents and visitors can rent small, lightweight vehicles – e-scooters and e-bikes – to travel within the city as an alternate mode of transportation.
Renting these devices is easy! All you have to do is use one of the following vendors’ mobile apps, which are available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store:
Designated micromobility device parking locations will be identified in each vendor’s mobile app. Failure to comply with parking guidelines will result in fines set by the vendor. The City is not responsible for the management of these e-bikes and e-scooters – the corresponding vendor is responsible for their own devices.
The cost associated with the rentals will be available through each vendor’s mobile app. Payment and booking of the devices can be done through the relevant vendor’s mobile app.
