Issues related to micromobility devices may be reported here, common issues to look for:

  • large groups of five or more vehicles placed together inappropriately
  • damaged vehicles, such as:
  • flat tires
  • broken or missing parts
  • graffiti or tampering
  • faulty kickstands or locks

Technical issues should be reported directly to the operator’s support team through the app or contact below.
